Good ol' VD.

I'm always a fan of Holidays, especially the ones where you get presents and spend time with your loved ones. Valentines was a fun filled day for me and my two boys. Berg and I got to make chocolate strawberries.

For dinner we all made some super yummy pizza's (because I have been craving them ever since my birthday.)

Dirty Thirty!

I'm not going to lie, the idea of being 30 was hard to swallow. I don't know why there was a mental block against it. I didn't change into an old lady over night, I'm still the same person I was when I was 29...
I just have this idea that I'm at the top of my game and it's all down hill from here. I'm sure I'll look back in 20+ years and think how ridiculous I was being. With all of that being said, I have great family and friends that knew how 30 was for them and so they did whatever they could to help me get through it.
My sister Coren and friend Farrah threw me a surprise party over the weekend. I didn't like the idea of a party but it was a BLAST and something that I will always remember.
Kendall took the day off and did anything and everything I asked him...and more. I really felt special and loved. Thank you all for helping me get over my fear of birthdays and being dirty thirty.

Tis the Season!

This year Berg has been watching more Christmas movies/shows, so he knows alot more about Christmas trees and ornaments then he did last year. When we told him that we were going to put up Christmas, he was more then excited to help, and he actually did a decent job.

Halloween

This year for Halloween we went to our church carnival on Saturday and then did a little trick-o-treating with Coren and her family on Sunday. Berg LOVED all the candy, but he didn't love keeping his costume on.
